We do not entertain any refunds once the order is placed. In case of size mismatches, we will exchange the outfit to the size of your choice within a week from the day you receive the order. For anything else, please reach out to rashmi@justbilli.com
The first exchange will be free of cost but any exchanges after will incur additional postage charges.
