Refund policy

At JUSTBILLI, we want you to love every purchase. If your order isn't the right fit, we're here to help make the exchange process as smooth as possible.

Exchange Eligibility

  1. Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Each order is eligible for exchange only.
  3. Products must be returned in their original condition:
    1. Unworn and unwashed
    2. Free from stains, perfumes, or damage
    3. With all original tags and packaging intact
  4. Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your exchange will be processed within 1-2 days

Sale & Promotional Orders

Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are eligible for exchange only. They cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Fill out our Exchange Request Form
  2. Our support team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.

Reverse Pickup

We offer free reverse pickup for eligible exchange requests.

"Please ensure the product is securely packed and ready for pickup once your request has been approved"

Size & Stock Availability

We always try to provide your requested size or colour first, subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, our team will assist you in selecting another product of equivalent value as an exchange.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by filling out the Exchange Request Form or emailing infojustbilli@gmail.com along with clear photographs of the product.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

JUSTBILLI does not offer returns or refunds for any orders once placed.

We only provide exchanges or replacements in accordance with this policy.
